3T STRADA 1x13s Campagnolo Special Edition

The 3T Strada Team is a performance road bike that combines comfort with aerodynamics. 3T believes that cycling is moving in the direction of 1x setups and the Strada fits that narrative. The 1x drivetrain simplifies shifting, lowers drag, and drops about 400 grams. This version comes equipped with a Campagnolo Ekar 13-speed groupset, making it a high-level version of the Strada. Aerodynamic tubes make up the frame while allowance for wider tires are perfect for longer rides and reducing road buzz. Wider tires create extra comfort over obstacles like cracks, cobblestone, and potholes while simultaneously lowering rolling resistance. The 3T Strada Team is the perfect way to hit high speeds on the road without having to sacrifice comfort.

3T claims this bike as the first bike aero optimized for wider tires. It can be fast and comfortable at the same time. A narrow seatpost makes for proper aerodynamics even with a rear derailleur and hanger. 3T tested the frame in the wind tunnel at both 20 and 30 miles per hour to assure watts are saved at all speeds. They also tested aerodynamics to find proper water bottle position and elemental factors such as mud. The aerodynamic frame is made with a lightweight and stiff unidirectional carbon layup. This versatile Strada setup has been seen winning the King of the Mountain competition in the Tour de Suisse with Team Aqua Blue Sport.

A huge part of the control and aerodynamic efficiency of the Strada is its Fundi Team Carbon fork. This fork utilizes 3T’s “Squaero” design which combines flat aero profiles with a more squared shape. These fork legs guide airflow around the front wheel and boost fork stiffness. A continuous and minimalist carbon fiber crown creates an integrated stiff connection. At the rear of the frame, there is a strategic cutout to help airflow efficiently around the rear wheel. The 3T Strada Team Ekar is a unique road bike that will keep you moving at high speeds while keeping you comfortable for miles on end.
